Career
After a research Master’s degree in cosmology and particle physics at the University of Montpellier, Timothée Cabos completed a second Master’s degree in the philosophy of science at the Sorbonne (Paris IV). In November 2024, he joined the Space Chair as a doctoral student.
His research is part of Axis 3 of the Espace Chair. It examines the contributions and limitations of space-based research into climatic phenomena. More specifically, his thesis looks at the place occupied by satellite data in causal representations of climate phenomena, and their influence on situations of epistemic injustice relating to climate and environmental issues.
